Details

Banners should also be able to be associated with a specific locale so that we can present banners to their specific locale. If we do not have a banner for a given locale, the application should present en-US banners.

Add locale field to banner images.

The customization view now loads only banner images matching the current locale.

Moving the bug to QA verified. This particular behavior landed sometime ago on prod and has in fact been surpassed by time.

Banner locals are no longer be set to the users local. Users can select the local of the banner they wish to post.
