Details

From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; 0.8) Gecko/20010215
BuildID: 2001021508

If you change the current theme by using the Apply Theme option under the view
menu the theme is changed successfully but the view, search
and bookmark menus become inoperable. Once the theme has been changed these
menus no longer 'drop down' when clicking on them. The only way go get around
this problem is to quit and restart Mozilla.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on View, Apply Theme and select a new theme.
2.Click on either the view, search or bookmark menu.
3.

Actual Results: View, search and bookmark menus are no longer useable.

Expected Results: View, search and bookmark menus should 'drop down' when
clicking on them.

Setup : Dell PIII running Windows 98 (not SE) and Mozilla 0.8
