690540 - Email user that a person whom they invited has joined

If user A invites user B, then we should email user A once user B accepts their invitation and creates an account.

This email should include their profile url.

QA verified on stage - after theuser who has received the invite has clicked through the invitation link and setup an account. The Mozillians who sent the invite receives an email confirmation.
