User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:6.0.2) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/6.0.2 Build ID: 20110902133214 Steps to reproduce: I attempted to open the pdf at http://comp.uark.edu/~smithsco/SCSmith_TED.pdf and firefox locked up until I killed the process. I restarted firefox and attempted to open the pdf again, and firefox crashed again. By comparison, both Chrome and Opera were able to open the pdf just fine. Actual results: Firefox locked up every time I attempted to open the pdf. Expected results: It shouldn't have locked up.
Do you have any PDF reader plugin inside Firefox that should open the file? Post the name and version. Do other PDFs work fine? The problem does not happen for me on Win XP, Adobe reader plugin 9.1.
