Placeholder for Firefox 8 What's New tab localizations in ko, it, pt, fr, cs, nl, ru, zh-TW, es, ja, de, pl 

Will add copy to this bug by Oct 10, and will need localized versions for the Firefox 8 release on Nov 8. Let me know if that's insufficient sufficient time.
