70 fails-if(Android) == scrollbar-clamping-1.html scrollbar-clamping-1-ref.html
71 fails-if(Android) == scrollbar-clamping-2.html scrollbar-clamping-2-ref.html

These tests are disabled for Android, so that's why they are failing on Fennec on Windows.

Bug 675711 had a similar problem and fixed this problem by checking whether the browser has scrollbars and if there aren't any, change the test.

Perhaps that should also be done for this case?
