We'd need to be able to book the Paris office meeting rooms through Zimbra.

Three meeting rooms are available:
- 'Obelix' : Large meeting room
- 'Idefix' : Phonebooth #1
- 'Asterix': Phonebooth #2

If you wonder about those names, they're after the characters of the famous French comics 'Asterix & Obelix'.

Not IT related but I'm writing this down to remember: I propose that Idefix is "Phonebooth with window" and Asterix is "without window". Just to be unambiguous.

Can you please provide a floor plan ?

When this is done:
- Obelix: largest meeting room
- Asterix: phonebooth w/ outside windows
- Idefix: other phonebooth

Please note that the two rooms called "BOX" have different furniture than what's on the plan: they each have 1 desk (facing the wall) and 2 chairs facing the desk. 

Asterix is the top-left small room tagged "BOX". 
Idefix is just below (tagged "BOX")
Obelix is the room on the right of the plan tagged "salle de réunion 8 personnes". 

All 3 rooms have a green background.

Please note that comment #1 and comment #4 are inconsistent. I'm with comment #4 here. Asterix (as the hero) deserves a window, while Idefix (who's a dog) does not have a window. (Did I just expose myself to a lawsuit for mistreating animals here? ;-)

The three rooms have been added to Zimbra. Sent out a test invite and works for me, please reopen if there are any issues.
