The platform isn't returning the right numbers, but the UI code is now all in place for this.

This can be checked on the run-tests finder (homepage), the results finder (click top-level View Results tab), and the Cycles and Runs lists under View Results.

Cases list under View Results still show 75%, as there is no API yet for getting per-case completion percentages.

carl: please remove % complete for cases.  We'll just skip this for now.  Not sure we'll ever want it.
