Extremly bad bug report, but assuming it belongs to Themes.

You're so needy :) The pop-up menu controls are the standard windows/non-MacOS
popups (with the name in an Editable text field and the popup button just an
arrow, the MacOS has the name in the popup menu) the editable text fiels have a
bevel of 3 pixels, on the MacOS it is 1. The radio butons are not the MacOS
buttons (defined in the appearance theme) and the Regular Push button on the
MacOS has a rounded corner.
Most of these look fine on the MacOS when using platinum, but when using themes,
Kaleidoscope, or OS X it looks really out of place.

This is not a bug. This is intended behavior. Mozilla does not use the system
toolkit for those widgets.

The release notes for Mozilla 0.8 state "Improved Appearance Manager support on
MacOS" and there is a huge discussion about kAppearanceThemeBrush in one of the
bugs, so I was assuming there was an attempt to make the classic theme completely
Appearance Manager Compliant.
