If I start typing in either the URL bar or the Search box, and then use the down or up keyboard arrows to try to navigate, the item selected always moves Up and jumps multiple rows.  For example, if I type peyton manning injury into the search box, it displays 10 suggestions.  Hitting the down arrow once jumps me to item 10.  Hitting the down arrow again jumps me to row 5.  

I have only started experiencing this bug within the past few days.
Safe-Mode with all addons disabled does not remedy the issue.
