The add-on created has .zip as the file extension.
Status: RESOLVED → VERIFIED
Is that what we want? On one hand it's more convenient for code editing, but on the other hand it'd be nice to be able to install it and play with it right away. Since these are beginner devs we're talking about, both options have a real usability cost.

However, I think I'd favor using XPI instead. Andrew, what do you think?
