Steps to reproduce:

Opened http://online.wsj.com/video/is-iphone-losing-its-cool-factor/B3BFEA22-EFC4-4270-AFE1-C12A67B155F9.html in the main browser window. Then dragged tab to open the url in its own window.


Actual results:

Flash video/audio controls stopped functioning. 


Expected results:

Video/audio controls should still function as expected.
