Shankar can't commit to SVN while he can commit to hg for l10n, he probably hasn't the correct bit set in his LDAP account, please add Shankar to the @localizers group on SVN: Name: Shankar Prasad LDAP account: prasad.mvs@gmail.com We have a committer's agreement on file for him (bug 408962).
Over to server-ops to get added to the @localizers group.
