Steps to reproduce:

1. Switched to gtk theme with "wigtk-auto-mnemonics = 1" in gtkrc
2. Opened Firefox 7
3. Looked at menu bar


Actual results:

Menu items had mnemonics by default


Expected results:

Menu items should have mnemonics only if Alt key is pressed as other gtk applications
Severity: normal → S3
