This week would normally be oremj's push week, but I'll take this one because it's going to have an unusual component that I already did for developer-stage9... converting the phpbb forums to static pages inside the django app. Not hard, but I already know what to do on it. :)

Completed without issue. Etherpad has details. The cron was created and tested, and I sent a tarball of the static forums directory to Luke.
