I went to create an account, but didn't meet the minimum password length requirement. I fixed that and went to submit the form again, but then it said that someone had already registered with that email address . So I went to reset the password, but got this error message: "That e-mail address doesn't have an associated user account. Are you sure you've registered?" So either there was some automated process to import users from somewhere but it messed up or submitting the form half created a user and left me in an unresolvable state. Or the reset password process is just broken.  firstname.lastname@example.org

No idea. I've had an account for a while so haven't bothered trying to repro. I suspect it's not an issue anymore, but you'd be able to attempt to repro as well as I at this point. Let's just call it invalid unless you feel like investigating more.
Ah, that's fine. Can't really repro it anyways on account of not using passwords anymore.
