Steps to reproduce:

Start typing in the location bar (ie. "g"), then use arrow keys (↑/↓) to navigate the results.


Actual results:

Navigation jumps around the list instead of navigating item-by-item.


Expected results:

Down arrow should select subsequent item, then loop back to the topmost.
