Mozilla spawned 8 PSM processes, each of which was using all of the CPU time it
could.  Each was using exactly 25% of the processor (this a dual processor
machine), so it looks as though no system calls were being made.  Unfortunately,
I cannot verify the cause of this problem - the page I listed is only where I
noticed it.
