A user in IRC pointed us to a very user-unfriendly experience in the setup flow. During Sync setup, the user clicked the "I have lost my other device" link. The server apparently responded with a 503 and displayed the error message "Server incorrectly configured." A screenshot is at http://i51.tinypic.com/2zjdnw5.jpg. We should be more intelligent about error handling and display a more helpful error message. At least in the case of "the server is up but not working at the moment," we should probably have a message to try again later or something.
