can't reenter RSS feeds after reoving them

Steps to reproduce:
i removed the feeds folder
then removed the folder from trash
then i tried to readd some feed
Actual results:
i get an error: you are already registered for this feed
i tried restarting thunderbird
Expected results:
when a feed is not not connected to any valid folder/ acount it shell be deleted
