steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/
2. Click Contribute and make a contribution to the sandbox paypal
3. Complete the transaction


actual behavior:
After making the contribution, an empty lightbox loads. See screenshot.
This sounds like our work on the purchasing.
