Open a thread at messages.women.com (see above url).
Click on the hotspot for "Go to Thead List"
The frames should show up with one frame at the top, full width.
Two frames at the bottom with content. The left frame should have a message
list, and the right frame the first message. The first message is not shown
properly.
Also, the three frames should be seperated by a bar and resizable in both
horizontal and vertical directions. That is also broken.

Right frame src is changed by JS in left frame: top.right.location.href="..."
Gives Error "Access to property denied".

I see <frameset rows="250,*" cols="*" frameborder="no" scrolling=no>.

Maybe caused by bug 60417. Same for much more bugs similar to this one.

I'm able to reproduce the probel described. As mentioned this problem may be 
related to bug 60417.

if related to bug 60417, it's dupe bug 60603 is WFM.
but website messages.women.com is basically gone, so
