The bread crumb for the german localization i just did on stage shows up as "...". Is this because the title is too long? e.g. https://support-stage.mozillamessaging.com/de/kb/deutsch-test-artikel-60ktober2011/revision/2468#os=win&browser=tb7

The title, evidently a test document, has no word breaks. The breadcrumb algorithm breaks at words and truncates (see [1]). For real-world data, this is considered an edge case we decided not to support, and I don't think it's ever come up.
