Details
steps to reproduce:
1. Create an add-on using https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/addon/package/
2. Examine the add-on created (chrome->content)
actual behavior:
There are two overlay files (overlay.js and ff-overlay.js). There should only be one.
