Compare https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/addon/package/ to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/developers/tools/builder

observed behavior:
The ghastly image(https://addons.mozilla.org/img/amo2009/developers/addon-builder.png) is missing from the new page.

Please bring it back. fligtar wants it on the right hand side (above the resources section)
