Hack the Firefox "If you need help with Firefox" string on the banner on KB article discussion pages
e.g. https://support-stage.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/thunderbird-crashes/discuss
 to be "If you need help with Thunderbird" until we can get this localized properly (the proper fix will be in a separate bug)
