Some simple app cleanups:
* Remove jquery from common.js
* Remove unused getCredentials/validateCredentials/clearCredentials functions.
* Remove <noscript> tags from the app HTML (noscript will break things well before this kicks in, it references mozillamessaging.com, and the iframes are invisible anyway!)
* Remove the "i'm invisible" text and class=loading attribute from the body
