69288 - prefixed blanks with wrap text

when the length of a line is exactly equal to the value by which lines are
automatically wrapped, as specified in the "Mail and Newsgroups -> Message
Composition -> wrap plain text" dialog box, the white space seperating two words
is put at the beginning of the next line, instead of at the end of the previous
line.  this seems to not just be limited to the mail composition window, but
also to this form that i'm writing into right now, as it's happening here too.
