I believe this is a request for a content update.  The attached PDF needs to be accessible via a link.  Marilyn - can you provide the page where you would like the link to appear and any copy changes that might be needed?  Will assign to Mike assuming that is the right place for a copy change and PDF upload request to go.

FWIW, for small edits like this it's probably helpful for someone at the Foundation to have commit access to the pages the Foundation owns.

Hmm, we are very proud to do "open web" stuff, why does this need to be a PDF that usually needs an external reader and not be a website?

Mike - I believe this is a legal/compliance related document for the foundation.  We will not have commit access in time to address this bug.  Marilyn, when do you need this up by?

This needs to be up *yesterday*. This is needed for the state of mozilla report and 990 that already went live today? 

David, do you or someone else have commit access to make this simple change?

Also, who posted the new 990? I'm assuming the same person can do this?
