Hi there, You hit a known bug, which was fixed as described here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=646269#c7 The easiest way to fix your account is to change your Sync key on one of your devices, and then either re-add the other devices using Easy Setup, or enter the new key when prompted. Instructions are here: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/how-do-i-manage-my-firefox-sync-account#w_how-do-i-generate-a-new-sync-key I strongly suggest upgrading to Firefox 7.0.1; Firefox 3.6 and Sync 1.7 are outdated. Please let me know if that resolves your problem.
