Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:7.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/7.0
Build ID: 20110922153450

Steps to reproduce:

Hold down and keep holding the Ctrl+Shift+K

Actual results:

The Web Console will open, then close, then open (will appear as gray bar at top of tab). The Web Console will be stuck open and cannot be closed. (Repeating shortcut, using the x button, or using the menu does nothing)

Expected results:

Not stay open
Severity: normal → trivial
Confirmed on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:10.0a1) Gecko/20111009 Firefox/10.0a1 ID:20111009031012

The Web Console actually stays open but in a minimized state. If you hover over the gray bar you will get the drag handle and can drag it back to size

Issue is still reproducible on latest Nightly, as reported in bug description.

Ever confirmed: true
I'm not able to reproduce this here on OS X.

Is this a Windows only bug?

Do you have any additional steps to reproduce or is it just "Hold down web console key until the bug occurs"?
It is reproducible on latest Nightly on Windows (7 x86, XP) and Linux (Ubuntu 11.04)
Could not reproduce on Os X (Mac 10.6) either.
This bug is probably a dupe of bug 615408.

I am able to reproduce it on Linux with Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:10.0a2) Gecko/20111220 Firefox/10.0a2.
I think this has been fixed by the toolbox work.
