jud, do we really need to support CF_HTML on paste, or is copying html to the clipboard good enough for embedding?

you can now paste html into apps (like the aol client) that understand CF_HTML on win32. closing this bug, since it's all embedding needs, and opening a new one to track being able to paste CF_HTML into composer.
