693799 - Equipment icons in the bottom bar are not updated until an armor is equipped

The two equipment slots in the bottom bar reflects the items that are currently equipped by your character.

STR:

1. Create a character
2. Loot a new weapon
3. Notice that the first equipment icon in the bottom bar is not updated
4. Loot a new armor
5. Notice that both the weapon and armor icons are updated

Expected result: the weapon icon should be updated as soon as the new weapon is looted.

The new expected result is that weapon and armor slots should be updated as soon as the item has finished blinking right after the player has picked it up.
