Installed version: Silverlight 4 (4.0.60531.0) is seen as up-to-date on Windows Vista using Firefox 7.0.1

yeah seems there is a issue with stage <-> plugins db - investigating

since there are problems with stage -> plugincheck stage i have pushed this update to production and tests passed
