In Bug 568156 we drastically reduced the amount of information that the client provides in requests. Ops would like more platform info to be included, which would help us to detect situations such as Bug 691988.
Primary concern is telling apart the Desktop builds: Linux, Mac, Win32, Win64.

One example: idle timer bugs on OS X could cause significant load bumps on that platform only, but we can't tell from the server-side, all we can see is there there's more requests from desktop clients.
