694147 - Allow mozilla labs apps to be installable from AMO

There a couple of test addons at https://apps.mozillalabs.com/appdir/ by Mozilla Labs, Rainbooth and Manifest Checker.

Neither of them can be installed from addons.mozilla.org because they have the installs_allowed_from set to:

"http://people.mozilla.org", "http://apps.mozillalabs.com", "https://apps.mozillalabs.com"

It would be nice if we could use and test these add-ons out on AMO. The domains that they could be installed from would be:

https://addons-dev.allizom.org, https://addons.mozilla.org and wherever else domains the app store ends up on.

Currently the install for these just fails with no error or warning.

Not sure this is a blocker for Q4 release, but seems simple enough to fix if that is needed.

Who owns Rainbooth and Manifest Checker? Would they be the right person to fix this issue?
