steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/addon/assistant/
2. Click on the purchase button
3. Click on "download anyway"
expected behavior:
* Purchase button is not disabled in non-Firefox browsers
* User can download the add-on only after paying for it.
actual behavior:
* Purchase button is disabled
* Able to download a paid add-on without paying for it in non-Firefox browsers

This seems to work fine now. I suspect black magic!
