Pain point: Flash is always nested into a web page. And Firefox just allows a whole web page to be a tab or an new window. It is really inconvenient for users to play some small flash games. You have to open the whole web page as a tab or a window, which means if you are browsing other website or open too much web page , it is very difficult to find the original flash game web page.
My ideas: Since we just need the flash instead of the whole page, Firefox may allow users to extract the flash as a substantive window on the top of the screen.
Specifically, 1. Open a web page with a flash game.
Click a "extract" tab
Get a substantive window just for the flash without any other contents.

Sounds like extension fodder to me.

We're in the process of removing support for plugins (bug 1677160), so I think this bug is irrelevant now.
