Reassigning to Don. Don I think this will be covered by implementing the
printing API's.

We already support setting the orientation, printer selection, and pages to
print through the Print Dialog. I assume this bug was filed to cover setting
these programatically.

Header and footer is covered by bug 99415. Rod has a fix he will be checking in
soon.
Orientation/printer selection - This set through the print dialog.  

Which pages to print - This was completed 4-5 months ago.

Question? Is this Orientation/printer selection control top embed? This type of
control would only be necessary if you were not going to "fly" the native print
dialog. If its not top embed then lets remove this bug from the topembed radar.

Marking a bunch of bugs in the "Embedding: APIs" component INCOMPLETE in preparation to archive that component. If I have done this incorrectly, please reopen the bugs and move them to a more correct component as we don't have "embedding" APIs any more.
