I'm currently working on scrolling sub-frames of the page - my WIP patch fixes this, assigning to me.

Is this bug that pressing 'back' should immediately stop kinetic scrolling? I think I misunderstood it initially...
It is that kinetic scrolling continued after going to a new page. But on a current trunk birch build this works for me.
