Click on 'Sign in' button Aditional Information : Browser : Mozilla Firefox 7.0.1 Operating System : window 7 Internet Connection : Mobile Broadband Average Internet Speed : 56 kbps Actual results: After Loading the chat functionality is not enabled and it gives the error message. error message was 'Unable to reach Gmail. Please check your internet connection or company's network settings' Expected results: It should enable the gmail chat functionality as other browser do.
Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode If that doesn't work, try setting network.http.max-connections to 30, restart Firefox and see if that helps -> http://kb.mozillazine.org/Network.http.max-connections#Recommended_settings
Thanks for the support now I don't have any issue , I consider that the problem was due to Internet Connection Speed.
