Details

We want to prioritize add-ons that don't require chrome into their own queue (see bug 691970).  To do that we need to track that somehow.  Related bugs: bug 689340 bug 694628

The validator needs to declare 'requires_chrome': true in the metadata for this to work though. I made bug 695825 for that.
