The existing mutt tests generally do too much to make them worth hacking on and debugging.

Fine by me, as long as you don't add it to the manifest (gets tested enough in the other tests).

FWIW, IMHO our tests are in such a horrible state that adding to the manifest would not result in any harm. But, per request, I did not
