Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.7; rv:10.0a1) Gecko/20111014 SeaMonkey/2.7a1
Build ID: 20111014003008

Steps to reproduce:

Switched from MobileMe to iCloud, and, as expected, SeaMonkey doesn't open iCloud Home Page. Pops up, instead, a black window saying: unsupported browser. Planning Mozilla to fix this, or there's something tha's up to Apple? Also, I cannot set up an email account for iCloud. I've copied all of settings from Apple Mail, but SeaMonkey, when Mail Module loads, doesn't open iCloud account, saying: can't log in.

Does FF 10 work?
Suspect that it is seeing the "10.0a1" & doesn't know how to handle that?
(If that is the issue, there are existing bugs on that.)

Try spoofing your UA.
Try something like: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:6.0.2) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/6.0.2
>Planning Mozilla to fix this, or there's something tha's up to Apple?
A warning from a webpage that the browser is unsupported is nearly always something that only the website can fix.

For the spoofing:
open about:config as URL, right click -> new/string
name: general.useragent.override
value: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:6.0.2) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/6.0.2

Warning: Do not forget to remove this option later or you will get problems in the future.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:7.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/7.0.1 ID:20110928134238

It's not working on Firefox 7 in Windows either. It just shows a spinning throbber in the middle of the page, and does nothing.
A good new. From yesterday, iCloud mail account works. Previously, SeaMonkey didn't accept password. Now it's working. Apple must have fixed something. Unfortunately, iCloud website is still «out», mentioning «your browser isn't supported». But development... stopped? Latest update, for all platforms, is still october 17:

SeaMonkey build machines are ATM suffering from a hardware breakdown and its aftermath, see bug 695278.
Other Mac browsers compatibility:

OmniWeb 5.11.1: fully compatible

Opera 11.60: Starting says unsupported, but clicking on Ignore, icloud works...

Camino 2.1: as SeaMonkey, unsupported.

FireFox 9.0.1: fully supported.

SeaMonkey: alas!...
Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced -> HTTP Networking -> User Agent String
[X] Advertise Firefox Compatibility.
Make sure that this is checked.
Yes, it works! Thanks. I close this topic.

On the latest ten trunks, SeaMonkey doesn't load anymore iCloud Apple page: https://www.icloud.com. When I've started firstly this bug, I resolved it thanks to Philip Chee hint: “Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced -> HTTP Networking -> User Agent String
[X] Advertise Firefox Compatibility. Make sure that this is checked.”
This box is checked, but loading fails. I get a rotating wheel that doesn't show page content.
If I check the Web Development->Error Console page, I get a window that says source file is:

https://www.icloud.com/system/cloudos/14D29/en-us/javascript-packed.js

and shows the message:

error www.icloud.com: server doesn't support RFC 5746, see CVE-2009-3555
