Steps to reproduce:

I clicked on the Browse button for the following HTML: 
<input type="file" multiple="multiple" id="torrent_upload_file" name="torrent_files[]">



Actual results:

The File upload window is not resizeable in Firefox version 7.


Expected results:

It used to be resizeable in earlier Firefox versions. If I remove the 'multiple' attribute the window is resizeable again.
