Steps to reproduce:

hi
i have newest firefox. i use 2 windows. in each is opened multi cards.
problem happend after some restart / turn on pc. ff was opening, but i think ff hasnt enougt time to do it's duty re-starting proccesses, so second window messed up. i think cards are opened correctly in both, i just cant open that second window. 
i tried right click, .... when i click right click and> open new card, it does correct. becuse it change it's name of window. so it working window, but just cant open. i need those cards, because i write some work.
when im repeatelly clicking on that window - down at windows bar, my primary window is blinking.
