I'm guessing the items need this style defined http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/mobile/themes/core/honeycomb/defines.inc#39

The problem might be here: http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/mobile/themes/core/honeycomb/browser.css#1616 The top button are probably class .appmenu-button and the bottom ones seem to have their own class name, I think (.appmenu-site-button, .appmenu-addons-button, etc)
