Steps to Reproduce
1. Access AMO Statistics page for an add-on - https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/statistics/
2. Click on Downloads button
3. Select For last: 7 days and Group by: day
3. Verify graph is displayed correctly.

Expected Results
Correct dates are displayed at the bottom of the graph.

Actual Results
Graph displays incorrect values on the time axis.

Notes/Issues:
This problem also reproduces for: Downloads by Source, Daily Users, Daily Users by Add-on Version, Application, Language, Operating System, Add-on Status
