In the given ftp directory, most files have a .gz extension, but the file "0102" has no extension. There seems to be no way to download it from mozilla -- double-clicking gives me a "connecting to" (with no hostname) message in the status bar which never changes; shift-double-click does the same as unshifted; right-clicking gives me an inappropriate context menu intended for a framed page (view frame source, etc.) The context menu should have save-as, and shift-doubleclick (if not unshifted) should bring up a download dialog just like it does on normal links.

The context menu now offers a "save as", which does the right thing. That's the only way to download it, though; doubleclick and shift-doubleclick both download into the current browser window. Makes it harder to do than it was in the old html interface in 4.x, but maybe that's part of the design?

testcase: should go to unknown conent type handler... the examples on this site happen to be text files, and display fine.
