Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch fennec and visit mozilla.github.com/icongrid
2. Make sure page is not scrolled.
3. Press and hold on an icon for more then 1 sec and try to move it.

Expected:
  Icon is correctly moved. Page is not scrolled.

Actual results:
  Icon is moved, but also page is scrolled up/down depending on where you move the icon. If icon is moved left/right then left/right panels are displayed.


Notes:
 - On latest nightly build when moving icon down, left or right page is not scrolled. Only if moving icon up page is scrolled.

Ok, I can reproduce this on my EEE Transformer, using the latest Nightly build, but not really easy.
It seems I have to be zoomed in and scrolled down already in order to be able to reproduce it. But I haven't really clear str yet.
